This short pasta, with its typical curled and hollow shape, is the result of the extraordinary imagination of Emilia. Nothing is more satisfying than a nice steaming dish of Luciana Mosconi Gramigna with sausage and cream, but it is absolutely worth trying with less traditional sauces, maybe fish-based.
